Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling the help desk
- Attending to patient queries/clarifications.
- Maintaining the patient inflow records doctor wise.
- Updating the doctor timings on day to day basis.
- Maintaining the total OPD patient inflow count per doctor.
- Prime responsibility of handling cash.
- Making sure that the bill is raised as per the patient requirements.
- To keep a check the discount bills are raised as per the company norms.
- In case of an FC bills the cashier has to make sure that the bill has been certified by the concerned doctor.
- Typing summaries with accuracy and minimal response time.
- Handing over the cash to the accounts department with all the explanation to give given regarding refunds cancellations & discounts.
