Job Description

- Answer and forward phone calls to appropriate individuals and departments
- Greet visitors and employees courteously and cater for their special requests, needs, and complaints.
- Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers.
- Responding to incoming and outgoing calls
- Maintaining stationary and attendance registers
- Respond to Customer inquiries
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings
- Provide administrative services
- Responsible for daily cleaning and general maintenance of the office.
- Assist HR.Coordination with Logistics and sales team.
- Attending queries and escalating it to concerned department Customer HandlingInventory of Coffee / TeaMaintaining of Attendance / Leave Record.
- House Keeping of office Gate Pass Entry.
