We have a requirement for Front Office Executive for our office located in Santacruz having the below required skills:
Job Description
- Handling the reception area.
- Greet and welcome guests & attend calls politely on the reception
- Any other tasks and duties as may be required by time to time.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Looking after Housekeeping staff, pantry etc.
- Good communication skills. Should be fluent in English.
- should be computer literate - word, excel & email systems
- well dressed & pleasing personality
- Only Fresher required
