Job Description
Skill Required:
- Attending calls at reception
- Attending international clients & taking care of their requirement
- Handling candidates coming for interviews
- Managing Front Desk Operations.
- Should be well versed with MIS reports
- Handling stationary/ visiting cards requirements
- Attending queries and escalating it to the concerned department
- Couriers Incoming and outgoing
- Managing Housekeeping staff.
- Experienced in corporate companies
- Exposure to a complete level of all admin activities like access cards, ID cards, meeting room booking, Vendor management, Travel arrangements( Hotel and Air ticket bookings), Admin expenses and arranging required accessory.
- Attending to customer calls directly
- Should be proactive in handling the work and should be an independent worker to manage the tasks on own.
