JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper Etiquette and maintaining records.
  • Responding the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and timely manner.
  • Maintaining Courier Register.
  • Maintaining Attendance Register, Stock, and Kitchen & Housekeeping Register As well.
  • Monitor the housekeeping of the Office Premises.

QUALIFICATION :

  • Graduate
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English)
