Job Description
Job Responsibility for Front Office Executive
- Greet and Welcome guests.
- Guide Customer and help them to meet their expectation.
- Handle all Telephonic Operations.
- Record Contact List, Telephone nos.
- Maintenance of all inward & outward registers
- Maintenance of record of Courier slips
- Maintain Inward Bills record
- Maintenance of Log Book
- Maintaining Attendance Register.
- Co-ordination with Internal and External Customer
- Co-ordination with Mails and messages (Customers and Employees)
- Handle General Administration and Co-ordination.
- Overall Housekeeping Facility Management.
- Daily cleaning of office premises.
- Co-ordination for Stationery Requirement - Stock Inventory, requisition
Requirement:
- High School diploma (Any Specialization)/ Under Graduate /Graduate.
- He/ She can type in Marathi
- Basic knowledge of Computer Applications (MS Office, Excel, Word)
- Experience Required:- 0- 1 years
- Salary – 9-10K in hand
- Location- Baner
Preferred Qualification:-
- Excellent Verbal Communication in English/ Marathi/ Hindi
- He/ She can type in Marathi
