Job Description
- Responsible for Office Admin, Handling Attendance, Stationary, Grocery & Bills.
- Answering phone calls& attending visitors, To perform courier & dispatch services, General administration, Coordinating with Departments, handling vendors& Office boys, travel desk
- Attending Guest
- Attending Calls
- Maintaining reception area
- Courier handling
- Attendance Records
- Handling candidates for interview.
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries of executives in a timely manner
- Coordination with departments internally.
- Communicates effectively via telephone, e-mail, and in person with staff, clients, and guests
- Carry out routines as per the schedule and review checklists as given by various department heads and collaborates in various administrative tasks as required.
- Good command over written and verbal English
- Presentable and Confident female
- Quick Thinker and ability to take responsibilities.
- Can Manage Office Admin easily
- Office Timings - between 9 Am to 6 PM
- Working Days - 6 days a week
