We are looking for a front office manager (Female) for our exclusive retail store at MG Road , Sultanpur
The candidate should be fluent in english , enthusiastic , have a keen eye on details, and the ability to multitask .
Designation :Front office manager

J D :

Shall act as the 'face' of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome.
Shall accompany & attend visitor till he /she leaves.
Shall be responsible for making retail invoices.
Managing & handling pos machines, electronic & cash transitions.
Shall be responsible for all front desk activities like managing intercom system, staff electronic attendance machine, scan & photo coping machine, etc.
Directory management, receiving calls, booking & coordinating with courier companies, managing reservations for travel etc.
Shall be forwarding complaints to concerned department for example electricity, telephone, etc effectively & follow up till problem is resolved.
Manage timely monthly & yearly bill payments in coordination with accounts section.
Monitor stock in ward & out ward' movements in coordination with concerned persons
Shall be responsible for pantry management, prepare monthly budget & other required material in accordance with approval from senior manager.
Manage proper distribution & keep in self control all stationery and marketing materials.
Train & supervise support office staff like security guards, pantry boy, sweeper etc.
Managing hygiene & cleanliness of showroom by inspecting & keeping close watch.
Reporting timely to senior manager with required monthly statements.
