Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greeting walk-in customers
- Answering phone calls, replying to queries
- Communication with customers, vendors, etc. through email
- Coordination with different departments
- Upkeep of the front desk and showroom
- Maintenance of gate pass for incoming/outgoing samples
- Answering questions and addressing complaints
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Keep updated records and files
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
