Job Description
Responsibilities: As a System Engineer, you will create and expand our in-house tools and help to develop an agile framework that adapts to quickly evolving business requirements. You will have to handle client site work related (not limited to) testing, deployments and troubleshooting. Your responsibilities will include:
Joining: At the earliest
Location: Mumbai
- Playing a key role in our Python projects and contributing to all layers of our technology stack including back-end services, databases, APIs and web-based user interface
- Working with and supporting other technical team members
- Liaising with business teams to develop informational systems
- Liaising with technical teams to develop systems and network interfaces
- Manage and monitor all deployments/ cloud and on premise solutions
- Proactively monitor client’s usage of the solution and liaise with clients, if required to provide necessary support
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify feasible solutions, and implement them
- Maintain security, backup, and trouble-shooting strategies for solving client issues
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Expert knowledge of programming concepts and object-oriented programming
- Fluency in Python, Postgres SQL, Django, Django Rest Framework, Familiarity with REST API, Docker
- Strong Knowledge of Vue JS/ React JS
- Expertise with client-side JavaScript and HTML based UI development
- Strong Linux/ Windows skills
- Experience with web services, esp. for facilitating interaction among multiple systems
- Exposure to systems and/or network automation and monitoring (a plus)
- Keenly interested in developing technologies
- Enthusiastic about testing
- Able to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities as priorities change.
