Your Role and Responsibilities

As Full Stack Developers you will seek to build intellectual capital that drive reuse and support scale out of best practices across clients in a repeatable fashion.
Offer and vigorously steer execution of industry leading methods that afford effective code integration, testing and rollout rapidly, at scale.
You will lead all developers in client centric Rapid Execution (REx) squads, closely collaborating with Service Design and Service Delivery Architects and Sprint Managers under the overall guidance of the Lead Architect directing the squad. REx squads operate in Agile sprints to address specific client / client-team requirements around automation acceleration and IBM Services Platform with Watson (the Platform) adoption that typically entails an Operating Model transformation in IT Service Delivery

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience in application/product development using a broad range of programming technologies
Minimum 12+ years of development experience in building enterprise grade
At least 3 years of experience in Single Page application development
At least 3 years of development experience in Unix/Linux/Solaris environment
Proficient in Scala / Java, Java EE/Spring Web/Spring Boot, React/Angular, Web Development HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Framework based language JavaScript with Angular or React
Expertise in Backend language Node.js/Ruby/Python/Java/PHP, Storage Databases SQL/PSQL, NoSQL, Web Storage Scaling, APIs REST / RESTful APIs
Solid understanding of Repositories: SVN, Git, GitHub, ORM tools like Hibernate, Postgres and Oracle, familiarity with Gradle/Maven
Working knowledge in GO language, Micro Services Architecture, Docker
First-hand experience with testing frameworks like JUnit/Arquillian/Protractor etc

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

Application packaging and deployment aspects
Familiar with Akka toolkit
Continuous Integration and Continuous Development knowledge
Working experience with Python

Should be a self-starter and independent
Good communication skills including verbal and written skills (specifications, design, etc.)
Must be able to work independently and in a team setting
Be able to articulate implementation at all levels
Must be able to evaluate alternative solutions
Applicants with wide variety of technical experience are good candidates for this position
