- 5+ years of experience in designing and building software
- Experience in leadership
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving and logical thinking
- Experience using technologies and frameworks like Ruby on Rails or Javascript
- Adapting to unique work environments (like working alight with Soho House principles and values)
- Open to learn new things
- Listening and be open to alternative solutions
