Job Description
We are seeking a high performance Full Stack Python Developer looking to grow into a data scientist role over time. You will be required to work on multiple projects as needed and therefore being able to remain organized and maintain orientation to detail is key. As a fast growing seed stage start-up this role has got the ability to grow in seniority as we see your contribution grow. If you are self motivated, good at what you do and come with solid industry knowledge, you are most likely going to perform well at atisfy.
Responsibilities
- Problem solving skills and experience in software development, algorithm writing, containerisation and deployment.
- Contributing to all layers of our technology stack including backend services and databases
- Write technical documentation & effective APIs
- You will be joining a team of data scientists and big data engineers working on the development of a data-based product.
- You will get the chance to learn data science principles, practices and tools, and grow into a data scientist role over time.
Qualifications
- Experienced Python programmer with a clean coding style
- Docker or other containerization technologies
- RESTful APIs and microservices
- AWS Cloud environments
- MongoDB or other NoSQL database
- Version control systems
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment
- A passion for problem solving, optimisation and numbers
- A good understanding of the basic principles of statistics
- B.Sc. in Computer science/software engineering or related field (please submit complete transcripts with grades), or equivalent industry experience

Our Recruitment Process:
In most cases, we have 3 rounds of interviews to identify the right candidate for the role.
Round 1: We will do a phone interview which will involve a 15-45min chat with our Executive Assistant and Recruitment Specialist.
Round 2: We will have a conference call between you and the department you are applying for. This will focus on technical fit, ability, personality and other factors.
Round 3: We will have a conference call between you and the CEO plus anyone of his choosing. This will focus on personality fit and alignment between your goals and the role and company goals.
