We’re looking for an addition to our fullstack team with expertise in mobile, web, and backend. We want our products to have richer and more interactive content, and we want someone who appreciates that good system designs require collaboration so that the end result is simple yet sophisticated. The ideal candidate will be a developer ready to design and implement awesome new features through innovation and data-driven iterations.

- Works on the web application layer to build our product and components
- Find solutions and solve issues around a variety of operating systems or programming languages
- Researching new technologies and adapt them to Allies Interactive's requirements
- Own and commit to all your work, and be accountable for your results
- Using and understanding code from Open Source
- Teaching others how to use new software
- Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
- Push limits of product innovation using the latest advancements in technology and methods working closely with product managers, designers and other engineering teams
- Find solutions and solve issues around a variety of operating systems or programming languages.
- Participate in a culture of code reviews, writing tech specs, and collaborating closely with other people (no lone wolves)
- Produce high-quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly for continuous integration
Desired Skills and Experience:
Key Skills:
- Works on the web application layer to build our product and components
- Good experience in Javascript/Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, PHP.
- Experience with web infrastructure and distributed systems
- Solid understanding of building scalable web applications using frameworks for Python, Node.js, and PHP.
- Good understanding of client side development
- Works best in an environment with a sense of urgency and can rapidly iterate on product/platform features
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
- Startup mentality, high willingness to learn, and hardworking.
