Nature of Duties & Responsibilities : Take up issues of traditional livelihood in the mountain in view of the diverse pressure which causes environmental imbalance, weakening livelihood and increasing outmigration; Physically fit to work in the Himalayan Mountains

Knowledge Products and Capacity Building (KCB) Theme (01 position) for GBPIHED, Kosi-Katarmal, Almora
Qualification : Master degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Applications with first class +NET qualified supported by good hands on in web technologies. Desirable : Preference will be given to those having knowledge on developing static and dynamic websites with the web technologies
Nature of Duties & Responsibilities : Take up village surveys and development of Village Information System (VIS) for management and planning of rural areas for sustainable development

Nature of Duties & Responsibilities : Analyze gaps between pace of growth development and policy interface for clean energy development; document best practices/models for further promotion, and replication; conduct field work in remote locations of Himalaya
