- Fulfill game master duties by providing hints to the players during the course of the game as and when required
- Attend to customer inquiry requirements
- Follow up with customers for reviews
- Participate in the game setup
- Help out in marketing/sales' initiatives both offline as well as online
- Maintain the booking system and the sale records when necessary
