Eligibility for the posts of Private Secretary/ Stenographer-I : Graduate from a recognized university along with Diploma Certificate in Stenography / Shorthand in English with minimum speed of 120 words per minute in shorthand & 50 wpm typing speed on a computer. Due weight age will be given to Law Graduate.

Eligibility for the posts of Senior Personal Assistant/ Stenographer-II:  Graduate from a recognized university along with Diploma Certificate in Stenography/ Shorthand in English with minimum speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand & 40 wpm typing speed on a computer. Due weight age will be given to law graduate.

Eligibility for the Posts of Stenographer-III:  Graduate from a recognized university along with Diploma Certificate in Stenography/ Shorthand in English with minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand & 35 wpm typing speed on a computer.

Eligibility for the posts of Judicial Assistant: Graduate from a recognized university having knowledge of working on computers.

Eligibility for the posts of LDC-cum- Typist: Graduate from a recognized University with a typing speed of 30wpm and also holding a diploma / certificate in computer application.

Eligibility for the Posts of Library Assistant: Graduate with diploma/ degree in Library Science from a recognized University and having proficiency in use of computer. Preference will be given to a law graduate.

Eligibility for the posts of Barkandaz (Driver) Grade-III : The candidates must possess the educational qualification of Class —VIII standard, and those who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply for the post. Candidates possessing special skills may be given preference on need basis. He or She must be holder of professional driving licence.

Eligibility for the costs of Despatch Rider Grade-III. : The candidates must possess the educational qualification of Class —VIII standard, and those who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply for the post. Candidates possessing special skills may be given preference on need basis. He or She must be holder of a driving licence (two wheeler).

Age : 18-38 yrs

Selection Process : Selection process will be notified in due course.

Fees : Indian Postal Order (IPO) of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred) only for General (including OBC/MOBC and all others) candidates, and Rs. 50/-(Rupees fifty) only in case of Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe candidates, payable to Registrar, Gauhati High Court, Aizawl Bench, Aizawl, Mizoram should be enclosed with the application form.
