Job Description
a. Title & No. of Posts: Group General Manager Finance E8 - 01 post
b. Location: New Delhi (transferable as per business requirement)
c. Duration: Three years or till IRCTC is exempted from the rule of immediate absorption, whichever is earlier.
d. Term of appointment: Deputation
e. Service: IRAS or Finance Cadre of PSU.
f. Scale of Pay & Age: Rs.37400-67000 GP-IOOOO (6t CPC)/Level-14 (7 CPC), CDA pattern. -OR- Rs.37400-67000 GP-8700 (6thCPC)/Level-13 (7thCPC), CDA pattern with minimum 03 years service in GP/Level. -OR- Rs. 100000-260000 (E7) IDA Scale with minimum 06 years in service in E-7. -OR- Rs. 120000- 280000 (E8) IDA Scale with minimum 06 years in service in E-7.
g. Job description: The officer is required for smooth functioning of finance department at Corporate level. He will also coordinate the finance functions at Zonal offices. He will look after the preparation and finalisation of accounts, audit (CAG, Internal Statuary), MOU, Revenue, Capital Budget, Banking & Insurance, Taxation, Catering (Departmental, Licensee and NRC), Recovery of outstanding, etc.
h. Qualification/Experience:
1. IRAS Officer with IT exposure will be preferred.
2. The number of years of experience and nature of experience of the officer in the specific areas as per requirement will be taken into consideration.
Age Limit:
Maximum Age 56 years.
