Job Description
- This is a field operational and execution role demanding a strategic leadership and management focus.
- Will be responsible for coordinating all IPR Cases.
- Conduct Investigations and Market Survey for identifying the duplicate product.
- Developing an Informer Network Pan India
- Arrange collect samples for Lab Test and send to the client.
- Carry out Liaison with Police at SSP / DCP level for conduct of Criminal Raid.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct Raid on duplicators.
- Supervise preparation of FIR, Seizure Memo etc.
- Monitor samples sent to FSL with the Police.
- Report Writing.
- Keeping all IPR documents up-to-date.
- Training of IPR Staff.
- Briefing to the field Operations staff about the duties & their addressable.
- Should be able to travel throughout
