General Manager Job Responsibilities:-

Develop Business Growth projection of all branches. Identify high profitable markets customers and develop strategy for penetration. Fulfill targets fixed by the Management. Obtains profit contribution by managing staff; establishing and accomplishing business objectives.

General Manager Job Duties:-

Will be cross-over and amalgamation of varied role profiles.
Maintain the coordination with all departments
Well versed with product quality compliance, purchase processes & should be proactive in dealing interrelated department for effective operations.
Vendor management with effective data assortment & structural policy implementation at every level.
Familiar with Goods and Service Tax (GST), Direct & Indirect Taxes and other statutory compliances.
Well versed with implementation of performance management system (PMS) for employee growth & organizational development.
Maintain relationship with service providers and vendors.
Data management at departmental level.
Well versed in forming policy rules & Compliances as per government norms and organizational need.
Supervise accounts and finances.
Keep a track of inquiries, feedback and cater to complaints.
Ability to get things done.
Vendor management.
