VACANCY NOTICE (No.25/2021)
1. Name of the Post: Group General Manager/ General Manager (Electrical)
2. No of Post: 02 (Two) UR
3. Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech. (Electrical) or equivalent.
4. Experience:
a) Min. 20 years post qualification experience for GGM and Min. 17 years post qualification experience for GM.
b) The candidate should have minimum 15 years for GGM and min 12 years for GM post varied work experience as electrical engineer in Railway/ Metro Rail. The incumbent will be required to do all the activities in connection with Planning, Design & Construction of overhead equipment, Traction substation, SCADA, General Power Supply and E&M Work, Lift & Escalator/ ECS/TVS etc.
c) Should be conversant with functioning in computerized environment.
5. Pay Scale/ Annual compensation:
i) CDA Scales:
a) Group General Manager (E8): Working in pay-scale Rs.144200-218200 (CDA) L14, or -Has been working for 4 years in pay-scale Rs.123100- 215900(CDA) L13
b) General Manager (E7): In pay-scale Rs.123100- 215900 (L13), or
ii) IDA Scales
a) Group General Manager (E8): Working in pay-scale Rs.120000-280000 (IDA) E8 or -Has been working for 4 years in pay-scale Rs.100000- 260000(IDA) E7
b) General Manager (E7): In pay-scale Rs.100000- 260000(E7), or -Has been working for 1½ years in pay-scale Rs.900000- 240000(E6) with 17 years’ Executive service (Level E2 & above).
6. Candidates working with Private Sector Companies (wherever applicable)
a) Group General Manager (E8): Having annual pay package/ CTC of Rs. 36 Lakh and working in Senior position.
b) General Manager (E7): Having annual pay package/ CTC of Rs. 30 Lakh and working in Senior position.
