- Ensuring factory achieve its monthly financial targets and budgeted performance levels (KPIs).
- Responsible for negotiating orders with sub-contractors and ensure that subcontracting orders are handled effectively.
- Reviewing pre and post costing and ensure that orders are executed in planned cost.
- The incumbent should ensure that global and regional policies and procedures are effectively implemented within the local environment
- Should be able to increase efficiency and control cost.
- Responsible for productivity turnover of the plant and procurement productivity planning
- Daily checking the probability in the area and making immediate corrective actions
- Supervising all employees and looking overall management of processing plant
