Description : Job Description:
- Excellent Technical skills in Genesys CIM 8. x framework with implementation and migration knowledge.
- Solid knowledge in SIP, INFOMART, Interactive Insights, Genesys Multimedia set up and implementation.
- Expertise in Skill based routing.
- Interact with the customer IT team and gather all the required information by asking the right questions
- Make sure that existing contact center setup (Genesys applications) are up to the standard with latest versioning and provide recommendations working with Genesys Vendors and SMEs.
- Hands on experience in fixing Infomart related issues
- Genesys Co-browse
- Genesys mobile Services
- Knowledge on Genesys SDK and API consumption.
