About The Role

Our People Team is growing, and we are seeking a Global Compliance and Global Mobility Coordinator to work in partnership with relevant stakeholders, assisting with Global Expansion, Compliance, Immigration and Mobility cases. Required Skills

MBA, BS, BA Degree or equivalent
Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a Compliance, Immigration, Mobility, Paralegal or similar role
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Clear, tactful and professional verbal and written communication
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations professionally, while influencing towards compliance
Demonstrated self-learning capabilities with initiative
Excellent customer service for both internal and external customers
Collaborative, process-oriented and organized approach to daily tasks in a dynamic and multinational organization
Ability to maintain the utmost integrity, sensitivity and confidentiality in all we do.
Shift Time – 2 PM – 11 PM IST

Primary Responsibilities

Working with the Global Mobility Specialist, to advise and coordinate new foreign national hire immigration initiations, candidate evaluations as well as, employee relocation and travel requests
Working with the Legal and HR Compliance team to prepare and submit global compliance reporting and to partner in updating compliance requirements and processes globally
Working with the Expansion team on Global Expansion tasks such as preparing HR for new entities and coordinating the onboarding of Global PEO workers.
