Job Description

Responsible for business development, Project, Licensing and Compliance as a part of the business expansion plans for lounges Design Commercial/ Business proposals for new lounge opening with estimate and viability as a part of the business plan Drive timely conduct of pre-feasibility analysis of site - Real estate factors, Business estimate, suitability of Project requirements, basic legal papers and license Shortlist and finalize catchment areas for new lounges along with GM - Retail Operations Negotiate for pricing with the leasing consultants in consultation with Commercial Head . Work with various vendors and agencies to create store layout blueprint, interiors, etc. in consultation with Marketing Head
