Job Description
Expectations:
- Understanding client requirements & prepare deliverables.
- Prioritising and organising project tasks into the required timeline.
- Ensuring the project timely completion of the project while maintaining the safety & health report.
- Identifying problems with the project, taking the lead on developing solutions and ensuring solutions are implemented.
- Listening and responding to team and client requests.
- Running regular team meetings and maintaining team activity and morale.
- Initiating site activities upon approvals from the client.
- Responsible for inventory management and reconciliation.
- Involve in planning & scheduling the project activities and monitor the assigned projects
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, performance) and report regularly on project status
- Communicate effectively with project Engineer/Manager and other stakeholders at a site to provide assistance, technical support and timely delivery at site.
- Handling all documentation related to the Project Invoicing, Progress report, Material related documents and other documentation.
- Coordinating with the drawing department for the design.
- Planning & controlling manpower and material for project execution.
- Requirements:
- knowledge on design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Project management(Manpower/Time/Site Budget) and supervision skills
- Knowledge of safety norms and implementing at site.
- Knowledge of schedules, BOQ, BBS, official letter drafting
- B Tech/B.E in Chemical Engineering
- Candidates from B-Tech/B.E Chemical engineering
- Candidate should be willing to travel across India
- Prospective Candidate should know Hindi apart from English.
