Job Description
Candidate Profile:
- We are looking for a fresher Graduate Engineer Trainee ( 2016 & 2017 pass out), who is competent and ability to learn and develop his skills with an excellent communication and transparency at work profile, so to support the team and grow along with organization.
- Ability to learn technical workings and support the team
- Ability to adapt to the Process based environment
- Should be confident to learn quick and work unsupervised
- Ability to schedule and time frame the action for an effective delivery
- Supportive to delve into uncharted workings, learn and support team for the further workings
- Document all the workings and create records for future references
- Ability to communicate and interpret the requirements and necessities to the Customer
- Good in Communication and Transparency
- Co-ordinate with the team for the development and support to new projects
- Knowledge on design tools will be an added advantage
- Support in creating 5s to the working environment
- Servicing of Analytical Instruments like HPLC, AAS Spectrophotometers, Flame Photometers etc. for allotted territory.
- To ensure 100% achievement of the projected Servicing(AMC) growth.
- Attend all Breakdown calls and closure within the assigned service parameters of response time by proper allocation of time to achieve customers satisfaction.
- Should take complete ownership of the service delivery process for the assigned customer base.
- Providing timely Preventive maintenance to the assigned set of customers. (primary and Secondary) by keeping the data for assigned customer base to justify AMC.
- Achieve the assigned spares and Service revenue targets.
- Keeping track of ensuring payment collections for the transactions done for the assigned customer base.
- Demonstrate technical responses and content to the Management.
- Qualification : B.Tech/ Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil)
- Salary- Rs.25,000-45000
- Job Location: PAN India
- Meal and accommodation facility will be provided by the company
