Pepper (www.peppercontent.in) is building India’s largest content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across multiple content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 2 years we’ve worked with brands like Businessworld, Times Group, Digit, Wittyfeed, YourStory etc. along with 300+ brand companies like BookMyShow, UpGrad, Naukri.com, Paisabazaar, Social Cops, Zivame, Yatra, Bewakoof, Imarticus Learning etc. to create content that is meticulous and customized according to our clients' needs.

Now we are in a rapid expansion phase to scale up our business and enter into more content verticals and thus we are looking for a Design Manager who can focus on the growth of Graphic Design Services vertical.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the creative process from concept to completion
• Understand client requirements and come up with costing and timeline estimations
• Coordinate with freelance creators to execute design projects
• Coordinate adjustments based on feedback
• Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
• Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Make a network of talented and verified graphic designers for Design Services
• Review the freelance applications and moderate their onboarding process
• Set up workflow to accommodate the growing scale of the business
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and set a tone of the content
• Remain actively involved in internal branding and marketing activities
• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video
• In general, have strong knowledge and be able to put across ideas and guide the overall design communication language

The ideal candidate must - 

• 4 or more years of experience in the digital marketing industry
• Graphic designing experience (preferably)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Know online resources for conceptualising designs
• Pay attention to details
• Be able to multitask and work under strict deadlines
• Be able to work efficiently under minimal supervision

Commitment: Full-time

Location: Andheri East (2 Min walk from JB Nagar Metro Station)

Job Type: Full time (10 AM to 7 PM)

CTC: 7-10 LPA depending on the experience
