Graphic Design Intern Jobs in Faridabad - Boudi

Responsibilities include:

• Discussing and clearly understanding the business objectives and requirements of the job
• Creating design ideas that uniquely identifies our product and conveys a strong message right through to production
• Visualising and creating a wide range if eye-catching designs for a large customer base, using Softwares such as CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Publisher
• Be the vocal point & assisting on strategies to reach a target audience
• Proofing/quality tests to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to higher management
• Scheduling meetings to review and check designs before sending them to production
• Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing accurate timelines
• Assisting in the planning and developing of ranges
• Liaising with and overseeing production to ensure the item fits the design brief and of the quality specified
• Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colours and shapes
• Assisting with the creation of the website and new content for the web and social media

• The candidate must be a confident, self-starter and ready to hit the ground running
• An exceptional creative ability and creative independence to develop out of the box designs 
• A thorough understanding of our core ideas and the ability to execute them creatively
• Someone who has good commercial sense and the ability to translate that into the designs and the running of the business
• Good communication skills to explain their ideas clearly and persuasively 
• The ability to meet deadlines and work within time, cost and quality
• Good business acumen and commercial awareness with good negotiation skills 
• Accuracy, attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Understanding of digital codes to support the team and other e-commerce platforms
• A willingness and ability to ask questions and challenge concepts/ideas where they see fit.

To be considered, you’ll need: 

• Experience in the design and/or creative industry 
• Previous work experience is not essential but preferred
• Industry knowledge and experience in retail is preferred
• Confidence to liaise with suppliers, teams and higher management 
• Excellent attention to detail, especially for proof-reading, and quality check of designs and final product  
• Be proactive and tackle issues before they surface; use initiative when it comes to problem-solving 
• Experience working to short deadlines

Technical Skills/Qualifications:

• Educated to a Degree level in Graphic Design or similar
• Proficient in any one of CoralView, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
• A basic understanding of web principles, including HTML and CSS
• Experience or at least an understanding of conceptual, presentation and technical skills
• Ability to design to a high standard
