Graphic Design Intern
Job Description
Responsibilities:
● Creation of aesthetic & effective visual designs for campaigns – both offline & online mediums and other internal design requirements that may come up from time to time.
● Participate in creating a roadmap for campaigns with marketing, creative and content stakeholders.
● Develop an understanding of target audience, and competitor products.
● Manage graphic design timelines to ensure timely execution.
● Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organisation of graphic files.
● Maintaining the brand's consistency across all the designs.
Requirements:
● Relevant exposure in graphic designing.
● Creative thinker, with a focus on storytelling.
● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
● Expertise in working with Design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and Figma.
● Be able to quickly deliver strong designs during rapid, iterative processes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
● Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
● Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functions.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing priorities to meet deadlines and deliver results
