FloBiz is India's first neo business platform. We're building mobile-first solutions to digitize 70 million MSMEs in India. My Billbook is one of our flagship product that allows small businesses to create invoices, manage their outstanding, and monitor their stock on the go. My Billbook is currently being used by more than 2M+ businesses across 1000+ towns, with over $3 billion annual transactions and we are growing 100% month on month.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create illustrations on posters, banners, email posts, social media posts, ad campaigns for various digital or print media
2. Maintain and follow FloBiz's brand book for all the graphical work
3. Work with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements & translate them into marketing collaterals
4. Find creative ways to convey a message or story through content marketing with the help of illustrations and/or animations
5. Create short motion graphics, 2D animation video for digital marketing purposes

Other requirements
1. Should have some exposure in using one or two of the design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator/CorelDraw, MS PowerPoint, etc.
2. Knowledge or some understanding of digital and print design fundamentals
3. Must have degrees/ongoing education in marketing or graphic design or any related field
4. Must have basic/intermediate level of experience with motion graphics and animation
5. Must have strong creative thinking, content creation skills, typography skills, color theory & illustration skills
