About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the requirements and converting them into first cut creatives
2. Creating designs & concepts based on knowledge of brand aesthetics
3. Creating infographics for various programs based on existing data
4. Creating reusable and easily maintainable creatives/designs
5. Creating video snippets using online video tools
6. Giving proactive suggestions for new ideas for creatives
7. Participating in brainstorming concepts for upcoming/ongoing projects
8. Working closely with the marketing team for generating creatives that will be used on website/social media/emailers/blogs and other properties as per references & given requirements

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 50 per successful design posted on our social media platform).
