We are using these Repos innovations to create e-commerce of energy, starting with diesel at the doorstep. In just 4 months, starting in 2019, Repos Energy is creating a difference in 50+ cities. About the internship

This is not a job, it is a mission!! "If you look consciously, the design is present everywhere around you" We are Repos and we welcome the crazy ones and the dreamers who believe there is something else to their lives. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design the brand campaigns
2. Co-ordinate with the brand department
3. Work closely with the creative brand storyteller (a blend of design and words create magic)
4. Create the design from everything around
5. Work on timelines
6. Work directly with our founders

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 26th Aug'20 and 30th Sep'20

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from Pune and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Design should be a passion and not only a job (obviously)

2. Go-getter ("Jugadu" in informal Hindi)

3. Solution-oriented (We don't like discussing problems)

4. Original creative thinking (Because original creativity creates magic)

5. An inclination towards understanding business (the end goal of creating a design is that people should buy what you show them )

6. We don't believe in the straining exercise of walking the fine line of work/life balance, everything is just 'Life' for us. So, if you think otherwise, we suggest re-think before applying.

PS: Specifications for design cannot be justified through words but anything that needs to be communicated needs to be designed, in the Repos way. As humans connect more to designs.
