Job Description
1. Study design briefs and determine requirements
2. Translate customers brand values into visual design elements
3. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
4. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
5. Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
6. Test graphics across various media
7. Amend designs after feedback
8. Ensure seamless delivery of design art that can be adapted to various social media platforms
9. Edit videos to be used for ads on social media
10. Design product packaging and art work for exhibitions and displays
11. Supervise other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians
12. Design collaterals, signage, catalogue, brochures, presentations and promotional materials
13. Design promotional email banners and visual content
14. Coordinate with marketing & sales team

1. Proven graphic designing experience
2. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
3. Spatial imagination and methodical understanding
4. Hands-on expertise in using various designing software and technologies
5. The ability to ask the right questions efficiently to gain the correct understanding of the assignment
6. Work individually or as a team on continuous improvement efforts.
7. Great attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Degree in design or fine arts or related field is a plus
