Job Description
ROLE : Graphic Designer (Digital and Content Marketing)
LOCATION : Bangalore
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years
Role Definition:
- A graphic designer who balances the requirements of the brand, the product and the customer and delivers design solutions that make an impact - focusing on visualisation that not only looks attractive but also aids understanding, improves user experience, creates brand consistency and gets specific results.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with digital marketing and event marketing teams to lead visualisation for digital campaigns, event branding, and content marketing (blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, etc.)
- Manage all design projects from conception to delivery within the timelines.
- Present design decisions to the internal stakeholders - backed by strong usability principles and rationale.
- Scope and create templates for the marketing team to be more efficient in their posting on social media, the blog, email, and other channels.
- Keep brand guidelines and style guides up-to-date.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry developments
Eligibility:
- 2-3 years of solid design experience in an in-house creative department or a design agency
- Experience in a B2B or a Saas company [Preffered]
- Excellent conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, typography and layouts
- A broad thinker who is able to deliver a variety of design solutions
- Strong creative, problem-solving and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, no room for big egos
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Expertise knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.
- Experience with HTML, Wordpress and motion graphics is a plus
- A degree in graphic design/visual communications/fine arts is highly desirable
- Based out of or willing to relocate to Bangalore
