• As we launch a new suite of web and mobile learning products aimed at large corporate clients, we are looking for a fresh and enthusiastic graphic designer to help make this new solution an industry standard. To be that person, you should have:
  

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational:

• Degree or pursuing degree with a graphics design background, or fine arts degree from reputed colleges
• Graduates of other specializations with good design skills can also apply

Experience:

• Knowledge or training in working with digital media, multimedia design, web development
• Nice to have - experience designing responsive designs for mobile devices

General:

• Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Good communication skills
• Very good sense of creativity
• Self-motivated

Technical:

• Has a bachelor's degree or pursuing one
• Should have knowledge of design in web and multimedia field
• Good understanding image and video editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere etc.
• Understanding of tools like HTML5 rapid authoring tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline will be a plus
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools or technology which will value add to the product, service or team of the company
• Basic understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Basic understanding of UI/UX
• Knowledge of content management frameworks like Drupal, Wordpress and Joomla will be a plus
• Any experience in working in a team would be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Be resourceful and work with services and product development teams for all the creative and design needs
• Develop HTML5 courses using custom and other rapid development tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate
• Edit images and video, whiteboard animations in respective tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere etc.
• Review all deliverables for quality assurance
• Work with sales and marketing teams to create stunning and elegant data sheets, whitepapers and presentations which will help
• Work on website content and graphics
• Ensure the optimization, quality and technical feasibility of the designs created
• Design screens which are responsive for laptops and mobile devices
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Deliver clean, aesthetic and functional designs
• Help to implement front-end technologies for multimedia based content development
• Help senior management to produce detailed specifications and implement them
• Follow industry best practices
