Job Description:

• We are looking for a passionate, self-driven individual who is able to understand the ethos of the organization from the Creative Head and create an inspiring layout of art in conjunction with our design philosophy.
  

• Understanding spoken and unspoken needs of the team and internal customers to conceptualize, create, iterate and finalize graphical content. Appreciating the point of view of external customers is vital to producing impactful content.

• Conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns for the company
  
• Use media sources to help achieve the targets of performance, sales and brand marketing teams.
  
• Designing for outdoor advertising, newspapers, digital platforms, branding events and marketing collateral such as brochures.
  
• Spatial, exhibition and packaging design for company events.
  
• Prepare layouts or mock-ups of a design including arrangement, size, type, style using illustration, text, photography, color and renders.
  
• Work within the company's design standards and brand guidelines.
  
• Obtain approval of the concept.
  
• Review designs before printing.
  
• End to end role in applying for awards.
  
• Creation of collaterals for internal customers.
  
• Work simultaneously on multiple projects.
  

• Should have a portfolio of design work.
  
• Staying updated with the current trends.
  
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite - mainly Illustrator, InDesign& Photoshop.
  
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is preferable.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Good team player.
  
• Attention to detailing
  
• Self-motivated with a go get it attitude. Should be able to multitask and stay organized in a high-pressure environment.
  
• Fast paced work, coordination with teams and dealing with pressure + tight deadlines.
  
• Have an up-to-date knowledge of industry and software along with a sense of meeting timelines and costs.
  
• Excellent vendor knowledge in related fields like printing, OOH and digital etc.
