Job Responsbilities -
- Respond to all telephone calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining day to day reports.
- Telecalling and fixing appointments with potential customers.
- FLUENT ENGLISH is a MUST, other languages will be a value addition.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- The ability to courteously interact and answer all facility related questions with clients.
- Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office suite specifically microsoft exel, power point, word and outlook.
- SALARY - 12000 to 15000 / month
