Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

Think creatively and develop new design concepts and graphics layouts
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Create images that identify a product or convey a message
Work as part of a team with Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Web Designers, SEO and Digital Marketer.
Able to create a high-quality layout: Ad words banners, Social Media Ad Banners, Graphic design, Newsletters, Flyers, Social Media, Blogs and other postings.
Expert in creating social media creative, marketing banners, posters, social media Ads, website pages, branding, etc.
High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, Video editing software’s
Being part of a team of Design Executives specializing in Designing HTML responsive website, designing of brochures and other conference related collaterals like letterhead, flyers, program booklet and other designs as per the requirements of the organizer.
Responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual communication.
An eye for detail & timely execution of projects.
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software like Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, in-design, APP-UX layouts/templates, logo designing, books, magazine, poster, product packaging & corporate communication.
Will work closely with the business users, branding team & other stakeholders as identified during the initiation of the design project to collaborate on user experience planning and delivery.
Working closely with internal customers and follow customer instructions to effectively update graphical website elements including merchandising banners, content imagery, and skin themes.
Designing responsive websites
Will need to learn specs, internal and external systems, product offerings, and application of effective design standards.
Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
Stay current with new technologies and best practices.
Ensure that your deliverable is very high quality and meet deadlines
As Graphic designer, your KRAs will include but not limited to:
Create and design brochures, product catalogues, point of sale collaterals, in-store branding designs as per brand guidelines.
Create and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
The creation of glamour and product bundle images used to merchandise products.
Digital banner asset creation for the promotion of products & services.
Conceptualize, design, and create custom visuals for the existing as well as prospective clients.
Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
Work as part of a team with designers, developers, etc
A positive attitude along with the flexibility to work in a rapidly changing team environment.
Being part of a team of Design Executives specializing in Designing HTML responsive website, designing of brochures and other conference related collaterals like letterhead, flyers, program booklet and other designs as per the requirements of the organizer.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Work as part of a team with Editors, Art Director, and Marketing Team etc.
Experience with Web based technology. Good knowledge of using Photoshop and Illustrator is essential
Proven graphic designing experience & Hands-on knowledge of Adobe After Effects is preferred
Expertise with line art, illustrations and social media creative is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Logo, Stationery, brochure, flyer, booklet, hoardings, packaging etc.will be a bonus
Knowledge of Wordpress and basic HTML is plus
Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability to interact, communicates and presents ideas.
Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw etc)
Proficient in all design aspects
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
Must have experience in HTML, Bootstrap, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Highly proficient in all design like Mailers, Newsletters, Banners, Social Media Ads and Post Designs.
Strong Understanding on Web Layouts and Wire framing,
Proficient in working on Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, In Design, Flash, After Effects etc will be added advantage.
Strong sense of design with good line quality.
Good script understanding power.
Knowledge of print production.
Passion for technology and compelling user experiences.
Graduated from a Premier Design School, MBA, B-Tech, or any MCA, BBA
1+ years of graphic design, creative & conceptualizing experience in a social media marketing / creative agency
