Job Title – Graphic Designer & Video Editor 

Position Summary: The client seeks a creative and organized professional to serve as Graphic Designer and Video Editor (“Designer/Editor”). The Designer/Editor will be a part and will work closely with the Digital Marketing Team by creating graphics related to print, digital and editing/creating videos from the raw footages provided! The Digital Marketing team is a young and works closely with the assets managed. We are seeking candidates who value deliverable, creative solutions, teamwork, and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

1. Design visual content for print and digital applications that is on-brand, reinforces our status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences, leaving a visual impact on the consumers.
2. Design and layout of materials for communications and engagement as required. Relevant image/videos search relevant to the concept from the dump or stock! 
3. Design and layout of essential business materials (e.g. business cards, presentations and other collaterals) as per the demand and requirement. 
4. Create and conceptualize videos specific to the brand standards and requirement using the raw footages and or sometimes stock footages available. 
5. Editing video clips for use on social media platforms managed by the team. 
6. Work autonomously and develop fresh high-quality graphics and video concepts with minimal instruction. Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events, keeping the digital marketing team involved. 
7. Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction;
8. Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing video and graphics files
9. Excel sheet, creative and file management. 
10. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, graphic design, or related field, or demonstrated success in relevant professional fields;
• Minimum 3 years solid related professional experience in the same field. 
• Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts
• Good communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, Photoshop, After effects), Corel draw, Microsoft Office, One Drive, and G Suite;
• Should be technical enough to sort out software related glitches
• Should have the ability to switch between tasks and think differently immediately. 
• Proficient with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). 
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues and collect all the requirement and take instructions. 
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and assets simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream. 
• Graduate or equivalent in designing from a reputed college/institute 
• Data Visualization and file management
• Degree in Fine arts will be an added advantage
