Job Description
- Effectively develop, design and execute all necessary assets needed to support VMock's marketing efforts across digital, social media, print, merchandising, and any other assets as per marketing plans
- Strong visual style with the ability to generate exciting creatives with limited conceptual input, work under pressure with tight deadlines and capable of liaising and managing projects for a large number of clients
- Partner with client services team and marketing team to elevate marketing plans with exceptional creative execution that is delivered on-time and on message
- Relentless customer focus and obsession. The ability to empathize with target customers; their different values, priorities, perceptions, tolerances and experiences.
- Present design solutions to executive managers and get sign-offs
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure deliverables are on time and map to the creative briefs
- Proactively suggest and implement solutions to issues that may impact the quality or timing of deliverables
- Creative Thinking- Able to transform creative ideas into practical reality. Can look at existing situations and problems and come up with creative solutions.
- Should be able to create artworks on various subjects and for various media
