Job Description

MadSutra is currently seeking a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for the design of marketing materials including web pages , banner ads , collateral , diagrams and PowerPoint presentation charts. This role will work closely with the marketing team in Raleigh , North Carolina and in India to develop brand materials , marketing campaigns , and sales tools. To excel as the Graphic Designer , the incumbent should possess a good understanding of graphic design tools such as InDesign and competency in building basic web pages. This role will also require the individual to possess experience with technology companies and an understanding on how to communicate complex technical topics visually and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Build creative assets that make data management software products engaging , visually interesting and easy to understand their value

Craft and execute a wide variety of assets , from web pages , to product briefs , sales slides , white papers , digital ads , banners and events materials

Transform marketing messages into impactful visual stories , working with marketing and sales to refine and edit

Own the brand image , style guide , and corporate look and feel of MadSutra , creating a consistent visual experience that represents company values

Help with webinar visuals , video editing , video ad creation and building compelling infographics

Present designs to stakeholders for approval

Create templates for collateral that are used throughout the company for slides , two - sheeters and other materials

Train sales , customer success and other departments on how to use templates and other visual assets

Regular updating of web page assets , banners , as well as creating visual elements for resources , events and blogRequirements / Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer

Design experience for a software or data management company preferred

Experience with WordPress , HTML , Marketo , UX skills

Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite , notably InDesign , Photoshop , Illustrator

Excellent design skills , detailed oriented , and with a strong ability to turn complex concepts into engaging , easy - to - understand graphics
