Job Description:

·         Assist in developing and executing the company’s marketing design and strategy

·         Create promotional and branding materials

·         Create design briefs according to internal requirements

·         Develop promotionally materials, including marketing collateral

·         Complete design graphics for blog posts and social media; including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus

·         Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software Create slides and presentations for client meetings

·         Create infographics, blog images, image ads (Adroll and Adwords), testimonials, and landing pages

·         Facilitate website maintenance and updates

·         Establish and guide the website's architecture

·         Ensure high-performance and availability, and manage all technical aspects of CMS

·         WordPress themes and plugins

·         This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the colour and font choices, and so on).

General Requirements

·         Strong Graphic Design experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong graphic design and technical skills

·         Must be proficient in Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, CoralDraw), MS Word, MS Excel, Pages, and Wordpress

·         Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

·         Must have knowledge of SEO, Meta tags, Title tags, Google analytics, Image ads, and webmaster tools

Additional Skills Required

Experience with the responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred

·         Web fundamentals like PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

·         CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS

·         Graphics and responsive design skills

·         MySQL database programming (the WordPress default database)

·         JavaScript and JS-based build tools like Grunt

·         Familiarity with a WordPress framework like Genesis
