Coordinate with Instructional Designers and team leads to develop the graphics, Illustrations, page Lay-outs and Animations as per the requirement.

• Demonstrates expertise and acts as a reference point in standard interactive design tools: Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Flash CC, Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe After Effects CC, Adobe Premiere CC as well as rapid development tolls like Articulate Storyline, Trivantis Lectora, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia.
  
• Create Conceptual animation, Infomercials and Intro animations.
  
• Create UI (User Interface) for eLearning & mLearning courseware applying usability and User experience fundamentals.
  
• Work with Creative Leads, Project Managers, SMEs and design visual treatments or templates and interaction solutions that meet client specifications.
  
• Communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually to the client
  

Associates, in addition, should be able to :

• Mentor Graphic Designers in delivering best-of-breed Graphics and Animations for learning solutions
  
• Interact and liaise with clients or SMEs while gathering inputs, presenting solutions and taking feedback
  
• Design solutions and approaches in response to RFPs and RFIs
  
• Come up with effort estimations
  
• Conduct trainings and interventions when required for their GD teams
  

• Design and development of virtual e-learning courses.
  
• Writing design documents and storyboards for e-learning content.
  
• E-learning tools - Articulate Storyline, Captivate
