Position – Graphic/Creative Designer

Location – Mumbai / Currently (WFH)

Started with a legacy from the Independence era of Motwane Mic./Chicago Radio. Our products range today includes specialized products for high voltage applications, IoT-based street-lighting automation solutions, High-Tech Software Products, and Advanced Security Solutions.

Purpose of the role:

As Motwane’s in-house graphic designer you work within the Marketing Team. You support the delivery of the emailers and are involved in the creative development of innovative new ads. You use your creativity to communicate key messages and promote our solutions to attract our target audiences. 

The role involves communicating across multiple channels, including print and digital (website and social media). You own Motwane's digital asset library and are responsible for existing material updates together with the design and creation of new materials. 

Also, as custodian of the Motwane brand, you ensure that all communications are created and produced in-line with brand guidelines.

Technical skills:

• Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat
• Corel Draw
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Products, including PowerPoint and Word
• Knowledge of social media and emailers
• Competent photographer

Knowledge & Experience:

• Qualification – Any Graduate
• 2 - 5 years of relevant design experience
• Proven experience in B2B designs in desired
• Basic skills in sketching and video editing is a plus
• Good communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work
