ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design documents, publications, info graphics, print collateral such as stall designs, brochures and standees. 
• He/she must understand the strategy, audience, and objectives behind design projects
  
• Provides exceptional internal client service, meets own deadlines and works to proactively identify internal design projects. 
• Upholds and strives to innovate within brand standard guidelines and established operational procedures.
  
• Creative design of marketing materials to support corporate objectives which includes: print advertising, merchandising materials, audio files, video, etc.
  
• Communicate with outside vendors to ensure quality and adherence to production deadlines.
  
• Creative design of online marketing materials for use on our website, social media, internet advertising, etc. including editing, publishing and sharing daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  
• Maintain in-house marketing libraries including design files, photos/images, etc.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support corporate objectives.

SKILLS:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  
• Detail-oriented; able to act/react quickly on management requests
  
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communications skills
  
• Able to work with minimal supervision in a rapidly changing environment 
  
• Maintain a positive customer centric attitude at all times.
  
• Initiative to complete projects on or before deadlines.
  

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate
  
• PG in Advertising or Marketing preferred 
  
• Diploma or degree in multimedia/graphic design 
  

EXPERIENCE & PRE-REQUISITES:

• 2-3 years working as a Designer in a creative agency, comparable in-house agency, or corporate structure.
  
• Should have designed a range of digital projects including responsive web pages, paid media and email templates.
  
• Ability to design for both print and web.
