Requirements

Skills in typography, digital/analog illustration, visual identity design, layout, and color palettes.
Experience working in an ever-evolving, collaborative, and agile environment.
An ability to create new visual identities, marketing collateral, presentations, and space design environments.
An ability to create and oversee assets for high-visibility events such as Google Next, Google Cloud Summit & Amazon Web Services Summit.
Experience creating engaging and persuasive presentations to guide stakeholders through the nuances of what is being presented.
Communication skills which allow you to be vocal and effective in brainstorming/creative meetings.
Collaborative abilities that allow you to work with internal stakeholders to develop, analyze, and identify new opportunities for design-led initiatives.
The skill to contribute towards a content strategy for events/expositions, online/offline design, brand design, and product showcases.
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.An eagle eye for new design trends and the ability to execute seamlessly within the brand.
You are an expert communicator and can not only create compelling designs but can also defend and extrapolate your decisions beyond design.
You have phenomenal attention to detail, taming those pesky pixels to create beautiful solutions.
You are not afraid to speak your mind and are passionate about exploring, experimenting, and learning new things.
You have a deep understanding of the context, medium, and platforms you're working within.
You are experienced in the setup and production of online, offline, and environmental collateral. You know how and when to push design thinking within the constraints of your projects.
You're not a Dribbble designer. You know that, in the real world, big problems have limitations.
You love to be challenged and pushed outside of your comfort zone to grow, learn, and deliver solutions that provide real value to business and users.
You have hands-on experience with typography, color, web design, print design, image assimilation, and pitch creation.
Experience working in enterprise design
Basic front-end coding skills (HTML/CSS)
