We are looking for a graphic designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.Responsibilities and Duties• To take the strategy input from the business head on a regular basis• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas• Coordinate and discuss creative aspects with other team.• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand• Conceptualise visuals based on requirements• Candidate should be able to make labels, banners, posters, visuals, brochure & Mailers.• Should have knowledge on creating social media campaigns and ads.• Candidate should be able to design and develop the concept, graphics and layout of the product illustrations.• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on design across all platforms - digital, print, mobile, social, email.• Should have knowledge on creating social media campaigns and ads.• Excellent skills in design and photo-editing software.• Good written and verbal Communication Skills• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing.• Meet deadlines while executing designing projects.• Should be able to design campaign based creatives, Amend designs after feedback.

Experience and Qualifications• Proven graphic designing experience.• Quick learner & having Speed in work.• Sound knowledge of Adobe Flash, Adobe illustration, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In design, PowerPoint presentations, Presentations making skills.• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as In-design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.• Excellent communication skills.• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
