We are hiring For Ground Handling Profile for Kolkata Airport.

Urgently Require

• Male & female Ground Staff (Ticketing/Reservation/Passport Checking Staff/ Baggage/Security etc.)
• Guest Service Executive/GRE , Ground handling Agency ,  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Checking passengers in for flights
• They assist passengers with tagging luggage and baggage check in, ticketing, makes and
• Changes reservations
• Seat assignment and answers inquiries about flight schedules and fares
• Verifies reservations by phone, figures fares and handles payments.
• Re-routing or re-booking passengers whose flights have been cancelled or delayed
• Assisting disabled passengers or those travelling with young children
• Giving passengers up-to-date information on flights
• Assisting staff in carrying out security checks as and when the situation arises
• Delivering high levels of customer service to passengers and those travelling through the airport.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 12 pass and onward
• Age between 18 to 27 Years( Male) & 18 Years to 25 Years( Female).
• Salary – 15000/- to 25000/-
• Good Communication
• Physically Fit
• Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills
