Job Description :-
We have Job Opening for Ground Staff in Airline.
Both Males & Females Can Apply.
Job Location :- Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Assam, Jharkhand, Patna, Delhi.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1. Check-in counters for departing passengers, as well as arrival and departure gates.
2. Answering questions and assisting passengers with ticketing queries.
3. Ticketing reservations.
4. Issuing tickets.
5. Verifying passenger identification & printing boarding passes.
FOR GROUND STAFF :
Qualification : 12th pass & Above
Skills : Well Groomed & Good Communication skill in English, Hindi, Bengali & Local languages.
Age : 18 to 32 yrs for males and 18 to 30 yrs for females.
Salary : 16,000/- to 30,000/- + P.F + Medical
Designation : a) Customer Service Associate, b) Air Ticketing Executive, c) Guest Relationship Executive, d) Boarding Pass Associate.
